In response to the spreading COVID-19 outbreak, the University of Tokyo has raised its activity restriction level* to the “Level 2.” In accordance with this heightened university-wide alert level, the Kashiwa Campus is imposing new restrictions on its activities.

As part of these measures, the entrances of the ISSP Buildings A, B, C, D, E, and K are locked throughout the day from 10:00 am, April 7, 2020 onward. Access to those buildings requires a registered staff/student ID card.

In addition, the use of conference rooms in the ISSP main building is also being restricted. Meetings should be held online in principle. If the use of a conference room is necessary for inevitable reasons, please contact the General Affairs Section.
