●New Books List 2026/1/15 up Notice: Replacement of Electric-Powered Stacks & Unavailability of Journal Back Numbers (Feb. 9–12) We will be conducting work to replace the aging electric-powered stacks units from Monday, February 9 to Thursday, February 12. The library will remain open as usual, but please note that there may be some construction noise. During this period, journals within the electric-powered stacks will be unavailable for browsing. Please ask a staff member if you need to access specific materials. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. 2025/12/23 up ISSP Library will be closed: Dec. 27(Sat.) - Jan. 4(Sun.)
