Laboratory of quantum materials nanostrusures has opened.

The Laboratory of Quantum Material Nanostructures (Q-NanoLab) has opened on March 10, 2022, at the Institute for Solid State Physics as a joint facility. The Q-NanoLab provides a common infrastructure for investigating nanostructures, non-equilibrium phenomena, or device operations of newly synthesized materials and novel quantum structures.
Electron beam lithography machines, a maskless photolithography machine, a focused ion beam machine, ion beam sputtering vapor deposition equipment, etc., are prepared. The users inside or outside the ISSP can fabricate various nanostructures and devices.
