The main objective of this workshop is to achieve a better understanding of tensor-network states and tensor-network methods in quantum many-body problems. Related physical systems and numerical methods will be also discussed. We will have a few lectures a day, aiming mostly at clarifying basic and key principles, as well as illuminating examples, of this actively developing language. Besides the lectures, we will have Monday symposia, each for 8-10 relatively short talks on the latest results, which would help participants better know each other.
