Scope：Neutron scattering research in wide field including strongly correlated electrons, magnetism, soft matter, liquid, instruments, and industrial use will be discussed by Korean and Japanese scientists. Current statuses of neutron science laboratory ISSP, JRR3, J-PARC MLF, and HANARO will be also reported.
