We understand that some attendees may require an early support letter for obtaining from their establishment, or from local authorities, the approval to participate at the conference. It also should be noted that visitors to Japan must be in possession of a valid passport and may require a valid Visa.

In case you need a Support Letter or a Letter for VISA, please send an e-mail to mg16.travel(at)issp.u-tokyo.ac.jp, with provideing all the following information:
