We will meet at the entrance of the Sendai International Center
at 15:40, and take reserved taxis to the sake brewery (10 min). Thus, please be
prompt. After the 30-40min tour that includes sake tasting (free), we will leave
for the banquet place using a chartered bus. It will take about 30 min.

Banquet fee payment information
Those who will not take the sake brewery tour will meet at the entrance
of the Sendai International Center at 16:00. Several chartered buses will
take you to the banquet site in about 30 min. The banquet will be held at
the room KOSUMOSU, starting at 18:30. Before the banquet, you can relax and
enjoy hot spring in the hotel (free), if you like. After the banquet, chartered
buses will take us all (including those who participated in the sake brewery tour)
to the JR Sendai station.
