liquid helium draw pump.
This picture is inside of liquefy machine
that placed at campus of Kashiwa. Before
placed the machine, we inspected under the
high pressured gas safety law. We opened
and took picture of it. Usually, the important
parts of liquefy machine is stored in the
cold box under 10-3toll vacuous.
Usually,ISSP uses the subdivide vessel for the laboratories. The vessel
could not use because of defective insulation. One of our staff(Mr. Yoshida)made
