From Narita airport terminal 1 and 2

Getting to ISSP (PDF file)

There are three ways to get to ISSP.

(A) By Bus

This is an easy way, but a little inconvenient due to a very limited number of buses. "Narita Kuko Kotsu bus" leaves at 9:00, 15:35, 17:35, and 20:35 from No5 bus stop at Narita airport terminal 1 and No12 bus stop at Narita airport terminal 2. It takes about 90 minutes from Narita airport to Kashiwa station. The bus fare is JPY 1700. It will take you to the West exit of Kashiwa station, which is just in front of The CREST HOTEL KASHIWA. Taxi is convenient to get to ISSP from Kashiwa station. The taxi fare is about JPY 2500.

(B) By Train

This is used by many people because it is the most reliable way. "Keisei-Narita Sky Access line" is connecting Narita airport station and Shinkamagaya station. It takes about 34 minutes from Narita airport to Shinkamagaya station. The express train fare is JPY 880. You should exchange to "Tobu Noda line" at Shinkamagaya station and get on a train bound for Omiya at Kashiwa station. Please get off at Kashiwa station, it is the 6th station from Shinkamata station. It takes about 16 minutes from Shinkamata station to Kashiwa station. The train fare is JPY 240. Transport from Kashiwa station to ISSP is that Taxi is convenient.

(C) By Taxi

This is the easiest way, but the most expensive. A number of taxies are waiting at outside Narita airport even at midnight. If your arrival is at midnight, taxi might be the only choice. It takes about 90 minutes from Narita airport to ISSP. The taxi fare is about JPY 20,000 or more.
