放射線管理室では、放射線従事者登録に伴う一連の手続きと教育、構成員のガラスバッジ管理、X線発生装置の定期漏洩検査、国規物規制試料の受入払出、放射線環境測定、放射線管理規程の策定等に関して環境安全本部と連携して業務を進めています。放射線を取り扱う研究室は当研究所の放射線予防規程（所内のみ）に目を通しておいてください。最新版は2023年10月施行です。
The Radiation Safety Laboratory works with the Environment and Safety Division on a series of procedures and training for radiation worker registration, glass badge management for members, periodic leak inspection of X-ray generators, receiving and dispatching of samples regulated by national regulations, radiation environment measurement, and formulation of radiation control rules. Laboratories that handle radiation should take note of the Institute's Radiation Prevention Regulations (internal only). The latest version will take effect in October 2023.

The Radiation Safety Laboratory is staffed by three members: Dr. Yamaura (Radiation Safety Committee Chairman), Dr. Nozawa (Technical Specialist), and Ms. Hosoya (Technical Assistant).
