新規放射線取扱者登録について

新規放射線取扱者登録から承認までの⼿続き
○放射線取扱者の登録 : UTRadMSに共通 ID でログインして登録。
＊登録部局は「物性研究所」
＊メールアドレスは東⼤のアドレスを登録
＊再登録でエラーメッセージが出る場合は放射線管理室に連絡して下さい。
○放射線取扱者健康診断受診(UTRadMS )
web 問診→数日で受診予約メール→保健センターHPより予約→受診
○E-learning の受講：取扱前教育訓練。「必要な教育項⽬および受講 URL」より受講
＊他機関業務従事者は免除になる可能性があるので放射線管理室に連絡して下さい。
○部局講習会の受講：物性研内講習会です。
＊4月は対面開催(準備ができ次第案内)です。それ以外はビデオ講習になります。
以上全て終了した時点で取扱者として承認されガラスバッジが配布されます。

Procedures from New Radiation Worker Registration to Approval
○ Registration of Radiation Worker: Log in to UTRadMS using your Common ID to register.
*Select “Institute for Solid State Physics” as the registering department.
*Register using your University of Tokyo email address.
*If you receive an error message during re-registration, please contact the Radiation Safety Office.
○ Radiation Worker Health Examination (UTRadMS)
Online questionnaire → Email with appointment confirmation within a few days → Make an appointment via the Health Center website → Medical examination
○ E-learning: Pre-handling training. Complete the training via the "Required Training Topics and Course URLs" section.
*In April, sessions will be held in person (details to follow once preparations are complete). All other sessions will be conducted via video.
Once all of the above are completed, you will be approved as a radiation handler and a glass badge will be issued.
