Registration for the symposium will be closed on April 25, 2008.
Although the application for the oral presentation in the symposium has been closed on April 25, 2008,
the application for the poster presentation or only participation is still acceptable.
- A confirmation email with registration number will be sent to you automatically, after a successful registration.
- We have two types of registration forms. If you are Japanese, please use the 'Registration form in Japanese.'

| Symposium | Registration fee: JPY 10,000 Registration fee may be reduced to JPY 3,000, if the request is approved by the committee. Please pay your registration fee when you arrive at YITP. |
