EP2DS/MSS Late News submission

We accept a few late news presentations

Welcome to EP2DS-18/MSS-14 late news submission

In order to offer opportunities for presentations of most up-to-date works, a limited number of late news submissions will be accepted. The accepted contributions will be presented in the poster sessions.

For submission of such new results, take the following steps.

1. Finish registration and take a registration ID from the menu "initial registration". If you already have one, you can use that for this purpose. Registration fee payment is not necessary at this stage.
   
   
2. Prepare a single-page abstract following the format described here.
   
   
3. Prepare a data sheet of the abstract in MS excel format or OpenOffice odf format. Refer to the following sample files.
   • MS Excel format
   • OpenOffice odf format   (If your browser interprets this as a zipped file, change the extention into "ods" to open this as an oo-calc file.)
   
   
   
4. Send the above two files as email attachment to with title "EP2DS-MSS late news ****epms" ( ****epms is your registration ID). The deadline of the submission is

   July 1st (2009).

   
   
   
5. The abstract will be reviewed by July 3rd and the results will be emailed to the author within a day.
