The conference will continue its tradition of attempting to support participation of young scientists who are presenting papers at the Conference and who without support would be unable to participate in the Conference. A written application for financial support, clearly marked "FUNDS" should be sent to the Conference Secretariat. We regret that there is much uncertainty about the available funds at the moment and that we shall not be able to confirm the support before 1st June 2003.
