Kensuke Kobayashi (Prof. Kyoto Univ., former research associate ISSP) has been awarded both Funai academic prize and young scientist prize from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Part of his estimated achievements on quantum coherence and many-body effects of electrons in semiconductor nanostructures was carried out in the ISSP.
