"I need the book, but ISSP Library don't house the book.", "If I could use the e-book..." ... Do you have any experience like this?
This campaign is to request new books / books you need for research, study, get a job, move up, and so on.
Please read the following and feel free to request.


How to request

  1. ‚PDVia UT OPAC (ISSP members only)

    Any of the methods below can be used to make a request for library purchase.

    • Log in to MyOPAC, and make the request from the "Books Request" menu within the "MyOPAC Service" menu.
    • Log in to MyOPAC through the "Request" link displayed when no search results are found using UTokyo OPAC.

    [NOTE]

    • On "Selection of a location", please select "ISSP Lib.".
      If "ISSP Lib." isn't displayed, please ask to the library staff.
    • To log in, you need your user code. The code is the last 10 digits of the number printed on your ID card.
      When you can't log in, please ask to the library staff.
    • On the MyOPAC, you may find similar menu, "Request" and "Order". Please use "Request".

  2. ‚QDBy e-mail

    Please send a e-mail with either one of the following to ISSP Library.

    Subject: Request campaign

    1. Please fill in following "Book Purchase Request Form".

    2. Please write down following items on e-mail.
      Indispensable items: Your belonging, your name and title of materials.

      • Recommendation comment: iPlease be as specific as possiblej
        On items@with ¡, you can use URL which you get as a search result of UT OPAC, amazon, and so on.

    • Hard copy which you get as a search result of UT OPAC, amazon, and so on.
