低温液化室利用者の皆様
＃低温液化室を利用される方への連絡です。

　　　　　ゴールデンウィークに伴う閉室のお知らせ

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　物性研究所 低温液化室

　ゴールデンウィークに伴い、下記の期間閉室いたします。
期間中液化室員は不在となり、全てのサービスを休止しますので
ご了承ください。

　　　閉室期間：2024年5月3日(金)−5月6日(月)

　　※加えて、特注品ガスボンベは業者さんがお休みの為
　　?下記の期間、配送と注文の取り扱いを休止します。
　　　取扱休止期間：2024年4月27日(土) - 5月6日(月)

【注意事項】
■液体ヘリウム■
・休業後の容器返却時、液体ヘリウムが容積の10％以上残るようご注意ください。
・容器が常温になった場合には、容器の所属に関わらず各自で予冷を行っていただきます。

■液体窒素■
・通常通りで供給停止等はありませんが、係員が不在ですので実験を行う方は、
　事故や怪我に十分気をつけて取り扱って下さい。

■高圧ガスボンベ■
・低温液化室も閉室しますが「ガス納入業者」も上記期間中「GW休業」します。
・以下の通りガスボンベに関して取扱います。休業期間中にガスボンベを
　必要とする方はご注意下さい。

・特注品について
　・特注品ガスボンベは上記に加えて、下記の期間も取り扱いを休止します。
　　? ? ? 取扱休止期間：2024年4月27日(土) - 5月6日(月)
　・4/26(金)に必要な特注品ガス(一般)は、4/24(水)までにご注文ください。
　　ガス種によっては5/7(火)以降の納入となります。
　・充填工場停止などで通常より大幅に納期がかかることがありますので
　　十分ご注意ください。

・在庫品について
　・休業期間前後に、併せて3本以上、在庫品のガスボンベを必要とする場合は、
　　4/24(水)までに予めメールまたは電話で必要なガス種と本数をご連絡ください。
　・在庫品は余裕を持って休業前に発注をかけますが、無くなる場合も
　　ありますのでご了承下さい。

・高圧ガスボンベ管理システム(web)は、閉室期間中も稼動していますが
　業者への発注等は休業明け、5/7(火)9時以降になりますのでご了承下さい。

■その他■

・閉室期間中の高圧ガスによる被害を伴う急用の場合は
　下記までご連絡下さい。

Dear all,

Cryogenic Service Lab (CSL) will be closed during the Golden week
holidays, from May 3 (Fri) to May 6 (Mon), 2024,
and our staff-assisted services will not be available during the holidays.
Please read through the following instructions and information:

(1) Liquid helium
・ Please make sure that at least 10% or more of the volume of the
liquid helium cylinder can remain until its return after the break.
? ?The user (not the owner) is responsible to pre-cool cylinders if
they have warmed up to room temperature.

(2) Gas nitrogen
・Liquid nitrogen filling stations are open as usual. However, since there
will be no staff during the holiday, please handle them with care to
avoid accidents and injuries.

(3) High-pressure gasses

・Special-order gases
　・In addition to 5/3 (Fri) - 5/6 (Mon), 2024,? please refrain from
ordering special-order gases during 4/27 (Sat) to 5/6 (Mon) due to
fewer vender deliveries.
　・Special-order gases (general) to be delivered on 4/26 (Fri) must be
ordered by 4/24 (Wed). However, certain types of gas may be delivered
on or after 5/7(Tue).
・ Gas Cylinder Management System will be open during the holiday.
? ?Please note however that orders requested online during the
holidays will be placed to our vendors on 5/7 (Tue) at the earliest.

・ In-stock gases
　・Be sure to contact us by 4/24 (Wed) if you need a total of three or
more cylinders of in-stock gases during the order limitation period
above.Tell us by email or by phone what type of gases and how many
cylinders are needed.
