物性研究所低温液化室利用者各位

　　　　物性研低温液化室年末年始閉室のお知らせ

　年末年始に伴い、下記の期間、閉室いたします。期間中、液化室員は
不在となります。事故等には十分注意してください。併せて下記注意事項も
よくお読みください。

　　　　閉室期間：2021年12月29日(水)～2022年1月3日(月)

    ※加えて、特注品ガスボンベは業者さんがお休みの為
　　 下記の期間、配送と注文の取り扱いを休止します。
　　　取扱休止期間：2021年12月29日(水) - 2022年1月5日(水)

■□■【高圧ガスボンベについて】■□■
・年内最終日（12/28(火)）は15:00までにボンベの受取・返却を行ってください。

・特注品について
　・特注品ガスボンベは上記に加えて、下記の期間も取り扱いを休止します。
　　      取扱休止期間：2021年12月29日(水) - 2022年1月5日(水)
　・12/28(火)に必要な特注品ガス(一般)は、12/22(水)までにご注文ください。
　なお、ガス種によっては年明け納入になりますので、ご了承ください。

・在庫品について
　・在庫品は閉室期間以外は取り扱い可能です。
　・但し、特注品の取り扱い休止期間中に、併せて3本以上、在庫品の
　　ガスボンベを必要とする場合は、12/22(水)までに予めメールまたは電話で
　　必要なガス種と本数をご連絡ください。

・高圧ガスボンベ管理システム(web)は年末年始も稼動していますが
　業者への発注は年明けになります。

■□■【液体ヘリウム供給】■□■
・年内最終日（12/28(火)）は14:00までに持出・返却をしてください。

・容器返却時、長期休暇後に液体ヘリウムが容積の10％以上残るよう
　ご注意ください。容器が常温になった場合には、容器の所属に関わらず
　各自で真空引き・予冷を行っていただきます。

・係員が不在となりますので、長期休暇中の容器の返却はできるだけお避け下さい。

・バルブの閉め・開け忘れ等で、長期休暇中にヘリウムを放出したり
　しないよう、十分お気をつけ下さい。

・1/4(火)はヘリウム在庫量調査日です。担当者はご対応お願いいたします。
　当日不在の場合は、液化室まであらかじめご相談下さい。

■□■【窒素ガス】■□■
・1/4(火)は窒素ガスメータ入力日です。担当者はご対応お願いいたします。
　当日不在の場合は、液化室まであらかじめご相談下さい。

その他、不明な点などありましたら液化室までご連絡下さい。

Dear all,

Cryogenic Service Lab (CSL) will be closed during the New Year’s
holiday, from Dec. 29 (Wed), 2021 to Jan.3 (Mon), 2022,
and our staff-assisted services will not be available during the holiday.
Please read through the following instructions and information:

(1) High-pressure gasses
・ Be sure to complete gas cylinder pick-up or return by 15:00 on
12/28(Tue), which is the last day before the holiday.

・Special-order gases
　・In addition to 12/29, 2021 - 1/3, 2022,  please refrain from
ordering special-order gases during 12/29 (Wed) to 1/5 (Wed) due to
fewer vender deliveries.
　・Special-order gases (general) to be delivered on 12/28 (Tue) must be
ordered by 12/22 (Wed). However, certain types of gas may be delivered
on or after 1/5(Wed).

・ In-stock gases
　・Except from Dec. 29 (Wed), 2021 to Jan.3 (Mon), 2022, in-stock gases are
available from CSL.
　・Be sure to contact us by 12/22 (Wed) if you need a total of three or
more cylinders of in-stock gases during the order limitation period
above.
　　Tell us by email or by phone what type of gases and how many
cylinders are needed.

・ Gas Cylinder Management System will be open during the holiday.
   Please note however that orders requested online placed during the
holidays will be placed to our vendors on 1/4 (Tue) at the earliest.

(2) Liquid helium
・ Be sure to complete liquid helium pick-up or return by 14:00 on
12/28(Tue), which is the last day before the holiday.
・ Please make sure that at least 10% or more of the volume of the
liquid helium cylinder can remain until its return after the break.
   The user (not the owner) is responsible to pre-cool cylinders if
they have warmed up to a room temperature.
・ Please note that 1/4 (Tue) is the liquid He inventory day.
   If your lab cannot report the amount of LHe in your Lab to CSL on
that day, please inform CSL in advance.

(3) Gas nitrogen
・Please log your N2 gas meter readings on 1/4 (Tue).
  If your lab cannot log your N2 gas meter readings on that day,
please inform CSL in advance.
