[*English follows Japanese] 低温液化室利用者の皆様 ＃低温液化室を利用される方への連絡です。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　夏季一斉休業に伴う閉室のお知らせ 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　物性研究所 低温液化室 　物性研究所の夏季一斉休業に伴い、下記の期間閉室いたします。 期間中液化室員は不在となり、全てのサービスを休止しますので ご注意下さい。 　　　閉室期間：2019年8月13日(火)−14日(水) 　　(※8月12日(月)も祝日のため閉室となります。) 【注意事項】 ■液体ヘリウム■ ・長期休暇後の容器返却時、液体ヘリウムが容積の10％以上残るようご注意くださ い。 ・容器が常温になった場合には、容器の所属に関わらず各自で予冷を行っていただき ます。 ■液体窒素■ 　 ・通常通りで供給停止等はありませんが、係員が不在ですので実験を行う方は、 　事故や怪我に十分気をつけて取り扱って下さい。 ■高圧ガスボンベ■ ・低温液化室も閉室しますが「ガス納入業者」も「夏季休業」します。 ・以下の通りガスボンベに関して取扱います。休業期間中にガスボンベを 　必要とする方はご注意下さい。 ・特注品について 　・特注品ガスボンベは上記に加えて、業者さんの配送が少なくなる為 　　下記の期間はなるべく注文を控えていただきますようお願い致します。 　　取扱制限期間：8月10日(土)-19日(月) 　・8/9(金)に必要な特注品ガス(一般)は、8/7(水)までにご注文ください。 　　ガス種によっては8/19以降の納入となります。 　・お盆期間の前後(8/10〜8/19)は充填工場停止などで通常より大幅に納期が 　　かかることがありますので十分ご注意ください。 ・在庫品について 　・在庫品は8/13-14以外は取り扱い可能です。 　・但し、特注品の取扱制限期間中に、併せて3本以上、在庫品の 　　ガスボンベを必要とする場合は、8/7(水)までに予めメールまたは電話で 　　必要なガス種と本数をご連絡ください。 　・在庫品は余裕を持って夏季休業前に発注をかけますが、無くなる場合も 　　ありますのでご了承下さい。 ・高圧ガスボンベ管理システム(web)は、閉室期間中も稼動していますが 　業者への発注等は休業明け、8/19(月)10時以降になりますのでご了承下さい。 ■その他■ ・閉室期間中の高圧ガスによる被害を伴う急用の場合は 　下記までご連絡下さい。 　携帯(土屋)090-1992-6738 　携帯(鷺山)090-1992-6746 以上、よろしくお願いします。 --- Dear all, Cryogenic Service Lab (CSL) will be closed during the ISSP’s summer break, on Aug. 13 (Tue) and 14 (Wed), 2019, and our staff-assisted services will not be available during the break. (Please note that CSL will be also closed on Aug. 12 (Mon) due to national holiday.) Please read through the following instructions and information: (1) Liquid helium ・Please make sure that at least 10% or more of the volume of the liquid helium cylinder can remain until its return after the break. ・The user (not the owner) is responsible to pre-cool cylinders if they have warmed up to a room temperature. (2) Liquid nitrogen Liquid nitrogen will be supplied as usual during the break. However, because no staff members will be available during the period, extra attention must be paid to safety to prevent accidents and injuries. (3) High-pressure gasses As our gas vendors will also be closed for summer holidays during the period, orders and supplies of high-pressure gasses will be treated as follows: (3-1) Special-order gases ・In addition to 8/13 and 8/14, please refrain from ordering special-order gases during 8/10 (Sat) to 8/19 (Mon) due to fewer vender deliveries. ・Special-order gases (general) to be delivered on 8/9 (Fri) must be ordered by 8/7 (Wed). However, certain types of gas may be delivered on or after Aug. 19. ・Orders placed during 8/10 (Sat) to 8/19 (Mon) may require a much longer lead time than usual, because the filling factories are closed during the period. (3-2) In-stock gases ・Except on 8/13 (Tue) and 8/14 (Wed), in-stock gases are available from CSL. ・Be sure to contact us by 8/7 if you need a total of three or more cylinders of in-stock gases during the order limitation period above (i.e., 8/10-8/19). Tell us by email or by phone what type of gases and how many cylinders are needed. ・Although CSL will order a larger volume than usual before the break in order to accommodate anticipated increase in demand after the break, regular in-stock gases might run out of stock. (4) Gas Cylinder Management System This online system will be open during the summer break. Please note however that orders requested online during the break will be placed to our vendors at 10:00 am, 8/19 (Mon) at the earliest.
