★定期講習会の開催について★ Resumption of the High Pressure Gas Safety Lectures 東京大学の活動制限レベルが2（制限－中）以上では定期講習会は中止しておりましたが、レベルが0.5（一部制限）に引き下げられましたので、低温液化室の活動制限指針に従って、感染症予防対策を講じた上で定期講習会を開催いたします。ただし、定員を30人程度に制限させていただきますので、真に必要な方のみ受講をお願い致します。 なお、本講習の受講をお急ぎの方・高圧ガス取扱い経験者の方には簡易講習にて対応させていただきます。簡易講習について受講方法等の詳細はこちらをご確認ください。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解の程よろしくお願い致します。 Because the University of Tokyo Activity Restriction Index was lowered to Lv. 1, the regular high pressure gas safety lectures are planned to be held taking the measures regarding the novel coronavirus infection. However, only 30 peaple are available per lecture, so please take the lecture only if this lecture is really necessary. if you need to pass this course immediately or you are experienced to handling high pressrue gas, you can take the brief lecture. 受講対象者 Target Participant

• 柏キャンパスにおいて高圧ガス保安法で定められている高圧ガス(寒剤やガスボンベ等)を使用する方
• すでに寒剤やガスボンベを使用していて、まだ指定講習会を受講していない方
• 興味のある方  (この場合は、予約申込みをせずにお電話またはメールにてお問い合わせください)

• Those who will use “high-pressure gasses” defined by the High Pressure Gas Safety Act, such as high pressure gas cylinders or cryogens
• Those who have already been using gas cylinders or cryogens, but not completed this program
• Those who have a general interest in this program (In this case, please contact us by email and do not sign up through the application form.)

※「高圧ガス製造保安責任者」の免状をお持ちの方は、講習会の一部免除が可能ですので、低温液化室までご連絡ください。

※ The 8th lecture will be held in English. This lecture fulfills the requirement for using high pressure gas as usual lectures.
※第8回講習会は英語での開催となります。日本人の方でも受講していただけますが、すべて英語での説明となりますのでご了承ください。また、この講習会を受講することによって得られる高圧ガスの利用に関する資格は通常の講習会と同じです。 　
※状況に応じて日時や内容を変更する場合もありますので、ご了承ください。また、申込み開始時に柏キャンパス全体へメールにてお知らせいたします。

講習会中の入退出は原則としてできません。
In principle, participants are not allowed to enter or leave the room during the lecture.

実習 Hands-on Training

希望者を対象として講習の終了後に簡単な実習を行います。特に、寒剤・ガスボンベを初めて使用する方はぜひご参加ください。

Hands-on training for beginners will be held after the lecture. Participation in the training is voluntary. If you are a beginner or interested in the contents of the training listed below, please participate in the training. (Training is held only in Japanese.)

受講管理システムより申込みをされた方は、システム内の申込履歴の画面からキャンセルを行ってください。また、所属や身分などの変更は個人情報管理の画面から行うことができます。
学外用の申込みフォームより申込みをされた方は、直接低温液化室までご連絡ください。

If you applied for the lecture through the Attendance Management System, you can cancel it on the Management System "Application" page. Also, if necessary, you can change information, including affiliation or grade, on the "Account management" page.

For Applicants Who Do Not Understand Japanese　日本語が解らない方

Although lectures are held only in Japanese, English textbooks, power point slides and tests are available. Please ask for English textbook and test when you sign in on the day of the lecture. Again, please note that the lecture is held only in Japanese, but you can follow the English power point slides.
An interpreter from your lab or group can attend the lecture without any application. In that case, please inform the reception when you sign in.
Also, if you cannot attend a regular lecture, you can take a condensed lecture. For more details about a condensed lecture, please see the following page.
About Lectures (Written in Japanese)

英語版のテキスト・ミニテストをご用意していますので、定期の講習会を受講いただけます。当日、受付にて英語版のテキストとテストが必要な旨をお伝えください。 ただし、口頭での説明は日本語のみとなりますのでご了承ください。
所属する研究室などから通訳の方の参加も可能です。その場合、通訳の方の講習会への申込みは不要です。当日、受付にて通訳として参加する旨をお知らせください。
また、定期の講習会を受講することができない場合、簡易講習の受講が可能です。詳しくは、「利用講習会と修了証について」のページに記載の「簡易講習対象者」の項目をご確認ください。
