　The 1６ laboratories had help participated this survey.

　We would be glad that the survey makes you interest about purity of recovery. The deterioration of purity recovery causes a bad effect on the many different kind of the machine including a liquefy machine. Please pay good attention of this matter. Also, we think to purchase the purity meter as reasonable price we would like to bulk purchase by Cryogenic Lab.
　As a result of survey, installing purity meters are about 20 of them. （Including the answer such as ”It depends on the price”） Include the stock in the Cryogenic Lab. is （５～１０） that makes about 30.We assume we could purchase at a reasonable price Price and other matters of purity meter is still estimating. We will inform you as soon as find out all of the information.

I had no attention about purity for the past. I think to add and talks about the purity of recovery gas on the webpage at the 「Eikashitsu dayori」, not only recovery rate. That will recognize by more people.
It is difficult to install the purity meter to recovery mouth to all the rooms,if it's easy to install.（Too many numbers）Is it possible to install by each laboratories or block unit? （Only when plumbing fixtures are able to correspond.）
I have interest on my equipment and data of my own laboratories purity of Helium recovery.But there is no data for ISSP. I am not sure that what degree do I need to install ?
The equipment that using liquid Helium is only one at the time. The cryostat had tested for Helium leak at normal and decompressed time. The decompression equipment has Helium decompression and use magnet coupling rotary pump（usable even for Ｈｅ３）.The level of leak volume is not the problem at the system side.
The problem is part of the plumbing fixture is made by silicon tube. We sealed the connecting part with seal material. So we estimate purity of the Helium is over 95%.
At the chasing out the Nitrogen,at present many cases ended as Helium cylinder to pressurize and displace. I think it is entirely possible to displace if there is an installing regulator rough drawing pump and pressure Ｎ２line. If it necessary, we will work on it.
We should not have any problems on our purity of recovery.
If the purity meter is there, it prevents to left open the valve and the Helium leak accident. Also, it will make good attention to recovery so that will makes rise recovery rate high and reduce the liquefy machine operation trouble. That's lower the cost of Helium supply and good for the Laboratories. I think now is the chance to the whole institute to install the recovery system.
If an initial investment is difficult to do then It might be a good idea to charge the Helium price higher price for certain time.（About 1 to 2 years.） Then purchase the purity meter with extra adjusted money.
I assume that in the future, if there is no purity meter it will cause unfairness Helium cost of charge by recovery rate individually by each laboratory.
Last May, I moved to Kashiwa campus from Roppongi campus. At the Roppongi campus, I never used a Helium nor Nitrogen. I will be using both of them, here at Kashiwa campus, so I would like to have your assistance and help.
At the previous place, We didn't check the purity. But, If you recommend to install the purity meter, we would like to install it. We also would like to purchase it if the purity meter is a reasonable price.
